"I had a deer jay walk in front of my Pilot, resulting in some grill damage. The initial large body shop time frame for the repair process was over 3 weeks. When I spoke with Michelle she said let me see what I can do... so, like a good neighbor, she researched and found a very good smaller shop that would do the assessment and order parts without taking possession of the vehicle until it was ready to repair. The body shop had the vehicle for just 4 days and did a great job. So the policy coverage paid the majority of the rental car and I have Michelle to thank for a much better than expected experience... and I didn't have to be a professional athlete!"
